Organizations are migrating their services to the CLOUD environment in search of business benefits, such as: cost reduction, scalability, availability, security, access to new technologies for digital transformation, reduction of infrastructure investments, etc. All this with payments as a service and on demand.
It is therefore common to find organizations that use services in different clouds that have been aggregated over time into different service or product offerings. Thus, we can have the sales and marketing area using Salesforce as a CRM in the cloud, employees in general using Office365 with email in the Microsoft cloud, logistics users accessing a transport pool service on a third-party proprietary platform, finance using a payment services platform on Amazon, ERP in the cloud of the ERP manufacturer, and so on, using different public and private clouds.
From the point of view of IT managers, it is necessary to have a comprehensive view of the availability and performance of the various services used and to guarantee access to employees, customers and suppliers so that the desired benefits are achieved.
